I’m participating in the Chucks for Fiver charity event at Dragoncon in Atlanta this Labor day. I have to design this awesome pair of Chuck Taylor shoes to be auctioned off Sunday at the convention. The charity is the ALS Association of Georgia. Hope my design raises some funds for those who need it.

I will be returning as Guest to Guilford college in Greensboro, NC next Feb 8th-10th, 2013 for Wth Con Its a great little show that I’m happy to be a part of.
And we have decided to return to Heroescon so look for us in the small press/artist alley there next June 7th-9th, 2013 in Charlotte.
That being said unless something too good to pass up happens, I’m slowing my convention appearance schedule in 2013. I’m aiming to only do one show per month. So if you have a show and want my creature paintings to make an appearance, now is the time to contact me. Again, if it’s an awesome show, I’ll break the plan, but it is a plan that I need to try and stick to next year. The past two years I’ve been to between 17 and 20 shows a year. Just dropping that number by 5 or 7 shows will be good for my well being.
This Saturday July 21st I’m making my final convention appearance as an artist until November and the NC Comiccon.
So if you’d like to get something from me in person, that will be your best bet.

Super excited to announce that I’m doing my first professional sketch card work for Viceroy Cards out of Las Vegas, NV on their set Cryptids. I’m doing ten cards out of 500 for the set, so if you buy a pack you have a 1 in 50 chance of receiving one of my cards. The cool thing about the set is the cards are letterpress printed on really awesome thick cardstock meaning your gonna get a sturdy piece of art on it.

Next January I will return to Illogicon in Cary, NC as a panelist. Still debating setting up artwork at the show, but my January show is booked. Had a great time at the convention last year and can’t wait to go again.
