Seems like between putting together LCA # 3, doing peas comics and work I wouldn’t have time for much. But I have been having a very nice meditative time doing these Creature Paintings. Peas page 51 is up.
We have uploaded Peas page 51 for your viewing pleasure. Its up two days early because we are heading to Minnesota tommorow morning for Convergence a four day party for geeks everywhere. Peas page 51? hmmm. That means we are a week from doing the strip nonstop for a year! WOWSERS.

Wanted leaves me wanting.
Wanted was insanely stupid. Yet somehow it was still mildly entertaining. The thing that bugs me about it is how good Angelina Jolie is without much to work with. Morgan Freeman’s talent also seems wasted but oh well. It is a summer movie. And in this summer of heavy hitters like The Dark Knight it just doesn’t pass the test. If your looking for mindless fun, Wanted is your film. And if you miss the popcorn nonsense of years past, then Wanted is that film. I enjoyed it, but it sits near the bottom of my list this summer.
Home again.
We are back. wizard world was alot of fun and so was the taste. Going to take today off my feet, well at least stay inside as I have a whole lot of things to accomplish before we head out again for Convergence on Thursday. Can’t wait!
WALL-E peas 50.
Wall-E is an amazing feat of storytelling. About an hour in you get your first line of real dialogue. About thirty minutes in you realize your in love with that little robot. Amazing. My hats off to the fine folks at Pixar. You have created movie magic again. It is my favorite movie of this summer movie season so far. It’s the kind of movie that is without being cliche, magical.
