One of the most vivid memories I have of my brother and me as youngsters was us arguring at Northgate mall in Durham as I wanted to spend my saved allowances on a Sega Genesis and the still awesome X-men game and he wanted a super Nintendo. He eventually got the SuperNes but we had the Genesis first and with it Sonic the Hedgehog and NHL 93 became cornerstones of my 16 bit life. Here’s my attempt at Sonic over at Etsy

This week is going to be creature week as every night I will upload one new creature painting to Etsy for your viewing and purchasing pleasure. They will join the rest of the creatures seen in the above picture waiting for a home to go to.
