My Commision:Classic BSG Cylon.

2009
02.28

I was asked to create a cylon from the original Battlestar Galactica. I think he came out o.k. I love the current series but of the original I don’t really remember much about it. I had a lot of fun working on him and it was more challenging than doodling whatever creature was currently in my head. I did create a new original creature in the Spartan Warrior. He is available on etsy

Two More Creatures: Iron Man! and Mr. Copper.

2009
02.24

I love making these things as you can tell as I churn them out. Today’s new uploads are Iron Man creature and Mr. Copper. I am surrounded by these tiny creatures at my work desk. It gets kind of creepy at times, like they are all staring at you.
Iron Man is a Marvel figure that I have a love hate relationship with. He has had his moments and last summers movie is one of my favorite films of 2008, but then again, he also caused the Civil War in the comics and is a total douche-bag from that perspective.
Mr. Copper is another member of the wind blown family(what Jessica described them as) of creatures that has included Flower Power , Happy Pirate and Punk creature. I like spikey hair.

My first Mighty Mugg

2009
02.17

Mighty Muggs are pretty cool. I broke down and bought some. This is my first attempt at making a custom figure. It was the Cairo Swordsman from Indiana Jones. Now it’s A Purple and Gold Pirate!
I had fun making it and hopefully I’ll be able to make more in the future.

Two new creatures

2009
02.15

Last night we watched the 1st three episodes of the Tudors and painted. I birthed two new creatures. One from the world of Star Trek, I’ve always had a soft spot for the Andorians and their blue skin, and this is a kid Andorian creature. And then their’s Starman two creature. He is not at all like my Starman one creature but I mean, he has a star for a head. What else should I call him?
Get them and more at my etsy store.
UPDATE: Both are sold. Thanks.
