Monthly Archives: October 2008

cold simple.

The wind is howling. It beats my pants legs as it falls over, around me.
The sky turns grey without hope for another sunny day,
the winter works it’s northern magic,
I dial for an outside line, and there rests nothing but dead leaves.
We are mighty!
We who have discovered four walls and fire.
Let not a man discover, that we walked with fear.

Monday TV is kicking my arse.

Last night’s Chuck was one of the weaker episodes of the season, but still enjoyable. Heroes started tying up some loose ends and it’s amazing how big budget the show looks. Boston Legal was one of the better shows in recent history and you can see the end game coming. And then I watched Terminator on Hulu this morning. It’s amazing what some time can do for a show. The first episode last year was so awful, it”s amazing that it is now one of the best written shows on tv. I really enjoyed this week’s episode and it doesn’t hurt that Kendra Shaw from BSG:Razor has joined the cast.Monday TV is really a great way for me to start the week.

Spock or Sylar

spock.jpg

I don’t know. Is this really the first promo pick you send out? Next thing you know he’ll be ripping the guys brains open for his powers. He looks like Nimoy. The problem is he looks like Sylar, especially in this pick. I do like the uniform. The mesh stuff looks nice and pratical and retains the classic look. The trailer is supposed to hit next month.Starting to get excited.
